Meet Dr. Natasha

Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Womanist. Transformation Coach. 

Dr. Natasha is a native of Connecticut, raised in Bridgeport. Dr. Natasha's love for God, the community, and God's people is evident in her interactions with others. Dr. Natasha has always had a heart for the community. Being raised in a family that considered it a privilege to serve, Natasha grew fond of helping anyone in need.

Dr. Natasha is an avid social services practitioner and advocate. Natasha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working primarily with Black women. Dr. Natasha is the owner of
 Heart to Heart Counseling, LLC and co-owner of Pathways to Wellness, LLC.  Dr. Natasha also provides capacity-building and leadership training and development for non-profit organizations. Additionally, Dr. Natasha is a motivational speaker, transformation life coach, and consultant. Natasha is dedicated to serving the marginalized and underserved populations.

In 2014, Dr. Natasha was licensed to preach the Gospel at East End Baptist Tabernacle Church. Dr. Natasha is a third-generation preacher, following in the footsteps of her mother, Rev. Nancy Kingwood-Small, and her grandparents, the late, Rev. Samuel Gary, and

Missionary Sara Jane Gary.

Dr. Natasha holds an associate degree in Business Management, Bachelor's Degree in Human Service (Cum Laude), and a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Dr. Natasha holds a Ph.D. in Human and Social Services. Natasha's research interests are Black women and mental health services.


Natasha is the mother of two sons: Mondre and Courtney, Jr. Dr. Natasha is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.

 

Dr. Natasha's greatest desire is to be an effective vessel for God.
