Meet Dr. Natasha
Purpose Coach
Dr. Natasha Wright is a dedicated coach and therapist who empowers Black women to overcome challenges and unlock their full potential to live an authentic and intentional life. With a deep understanding of Black women's unique experiences and pressures, Dr. Tasha offers a compassionate and culturally sensitive approach to therapy and coaching.
Drawing from her extensive training and expertise in social work, counseling, and personal development, Dr. Tasha provides personalized guidance to help her clients navigate life's complexities. She is committed to fostering healing, self-discovery, and growth, helping Black women build resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of self.
With a passion for promoting mental and emotional well-being, Dr. Tasha is a therapist and a mentor and advocate for Black women's empowerment. Through her transformative coaching programs and therapeutic sessions, she has empowered countless women to embrace their strengths, overcome obstacles, and create fulfilling lives on their terms.
Dr. Tasha’s holistic approach to coaching and therapy encompasses creating a supportive and empowering environment where Black women can thrive, heal, and flourish.
Dr. Tasha is the CEO and founder of Pathways to Wellness Women’s Center in CT.
Dr. Natasha holds an associate degree in Business Management, Bachelor's Degree in Human Service (Cum Laude), and a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University. Dr. Natasha holds a Ph.D. in Human and Social Services. Natasha's research interests are Black women and mental health services.
Natasha is the mother of two sons, Mondre and Courtney, Jr. Dr. Natasha is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Incorporated.
